Activate support users
With this feature, you can let an employee access your cloud. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate in the main menu (Navigator) under “Help” to the button “Allow support access“
- Click on “Allow support access” in the middle of the window
- Contact your local io-key support partner
- Together you can solve the problem
- In the further process, click under “Configuration” and “Accounts” to “Users“.
- Select the Support user and delete it when you are finished
