Support user access

Activate support users

With this feature, you can let an employee access your cloud. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate in the main menu (Navigator) under “Help” to the button “Allow support access
  2. Click on “Allow support access” in the middle of the window
  3. Contact your local io-key support partner
  4. Together you can solve the problem
  5. In the further process, click under “Configuration” and “Accounts” to “Users“.
  6. Select the Support user and delete it when you are finished
